The villa
Elite Villa was completed in January 2024 and is the most luxurious and modern villa you will find around Patong Beach – with facilities you normally only get in a resort.
Across two floors there are five spacious en-suite bedrooms, a living area with ceilings over four metres high, an open designer kitchen and a private wellness area. Outside: 181 m² of pool and spa landscape and a rooftop terrace overlooking the bay.

This is by far one of the best villas in Thailand, no questions. The views, amenities, the infinity pool, sauna, cinema — the list goes on. The service and the team are amazing, they are on hand 24/7 and arrive to assist within 5 minutes for any issues. It is secure and very close to Bangla Road. I will be back again very soon, thank you guys so much.

Great set up. Very responsive. Lots of help with additional services such as a chef. When we had some minor issues, they were very responsive and quick to rectify. Offered complimentary drinks when they had an issue with a replacement.

The place is very beautiful. It is nice, clean, big and everything is beautiful. It is 5 minutes away from Arab Street. A medium-sized area for events that I recommend 👌
We had such a fantastic time at this villa in Patong. The space was absolutely beautiful with stylish, spacious rooms, a stunning pool, and a relaxing sauna and spa area that made it feel like a true getaway. The staff came in every single day to keep the villa spotless. The host was also exceptional — super friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was seamless from check-in to check-out.
The place was amazing as we knew it would be from the photos. Here is why I would stay again in a heartbeat: 1) Location — is 10/10. You can be in the hustle and bustle within minutes on a scooter or tuk-tuk. 2) Communication — ANYTHING you need, the host responds in minutes and has somebody there within minutes. I can’t stress how great the communication was. 3) Privacy — this pool and entertainment area is surprisingly private considering the location. Overall, our stay was excellent, and we won’t hesitate to book this property again 10/10!!
Our stay at this villa was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. The property was even better than the photos: beautifully designed, spacious, and everything was immaculately clean and well maintained. The beds were super comfortable, and all the amenities were top quality. The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet area, but still just a short walk to great cafes, restaurants, and local shops.
